- Set Your Intentions: Take some time to think about what you hope to achieve by attending this workshop. Jot down a few goals or questions you have.
- Pick 3 topics topics you want to discuss. Is there a recurring struggle like procrastination? Is there a method you applied and want share, love it!
In the future will pick the topics before the workshop
- Introduce yourself to the group. I create a WhatsApp group for the attendees only at least a one day before the workshop. Say Hi and share your biggest struggle and/or your recommend methods. Also to give a brief intro about what you do on an average day.

On the Day of the Workshop
- Arrive Early: Whether online or in-person, aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.
- Bring a Notebook: Have a notebook and pen ready for jotting down notes, insights, and action items.
- Ask Questions and start a discussing: Don't hesitate to ask questions or seek clarification on topics you find challenging.
- Network: Take advantage of breaks to network with other attendees. You never know what valuable connections you might make!
